Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of intrepide.ai (the "Site"), operated by Intrepide ("Intrepide," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What the Site is
The Site presents Intrepide's work as an AI product studio and consultancy and lets you get in touch with us. It is informational. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer of services, pricing, or results, and nothing on it constitutes legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
Client engagements
Any consulting, development, or product engagement with Intrepide is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us. These Terms do not create a client relationship, and in case of conflict, the terms of a signed engagement agreement control for that engagement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
- Attempt to probe, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure.
- Misuse the contact form — including submitting spam, unlawful content, or automated bulk submissions.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data from the Site without our permission.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by Intrepide or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The names and marks of Intrepide and its products are our trademarks. You may browse the Site and share links to it; you may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from its content without our written permission.
Our products and third-party links
The Site links to products built or operated by Intrepide (such as HelpPages, Desque, Conduit, and others) and to third-party websites. Each of those services has its own terms and policies, which govern your use of that service. We are not responsible for third-party sites.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intrepide disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that its content is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intrepide will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Intrepide harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
RialtaStudios — YouTube publishing tool
Intrepide also operates RialtaStudios, an internal video-production and publishing tool. It is not offered to the public: there are no user accounts, no third-party access, and no external users. These terms document how the tool operates and the obligations we accept in operating it.
Scope of use
The tool is used solely by our own team to produce our own original content and publish it to our own YouTube channel (Rialta Studios on YouTube), and to read that channel's aggregate performance statistics.
YouTube API Services
The tool uses YouTube API Services. In operating it, we agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, including our adherence to the Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use).
Content
All content produced and uploaded with the tool is our own original work or our original adaptation of verified public-domain source material. Every upload passes documented human editorial review before publication. Content published to YouTube is governed by YouTube's own terms and community guidelines.
Access revocation
The tool's access to our Google account can be revoked at any time from Google account permissions.
Changes
We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted here, with the "Last updated" date revised. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
