Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 13, 2026
Intrepide ("Intrepide," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI product studio and consultancy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through intrepide.ai (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site only — our products (such as HelpPages, Desque, or Conduit) are separate services with their own privacy policies.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact or inquiry forms, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.
Information collected automatically. Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard technical logs — such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — used for security, debugging, and keeping the Site running. The Site does not use third-party analytics services, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you.
- To evaluate and carry out potential or existing business engagements.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How your information is shared
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the Site and our business, and only for the purposes described above:
- Microsoft Azure — cloud hosting and email delivery. Form submissions are transmitted to us by email through Azure Communication Services.
- Cloudflare — domain name and DNS services.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.
Data retention
We keep correspondence and inquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you, manage our business relationship, and meet legal or record-keeping requirements. Technical logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized.
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, and information you submit is encrypted in transit. We rely on established cloud providers and limit access to the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at alex@intrepide.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Third-party sites
The Site links to our products and to third-party sites (such as LinkedIn). Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this Policy does not apply to them.
RialtaStudios — YouTube publishing tool
In addition to the Site, Intrepide operates RialtaStudios, an internal command-line tool used only by our own team to upload our own original videos to our own YouTube channel and to read that channel's performance statistics. It has no public interface, no accounts, and no external users. This section describes how that tool handles data; the rest of this Policy covers the Site.
What the tool accesses
The tool acts under the authorization of our own YouTube channel-owner account via Google OAuth 2.0, using these YouTube API Services scopes:
- youtube.upload — to upload our own videos to our own channel.
- youtube.force-ssl — to manage our own videos, thumbnails, and playlists.
- yt-analytics.readonly — to read our own channel's aggregate performance metrics (views, watch time, retention, traffic sources).
What we collect and store
- OAuth tokens for our own channel-owner account, stored on our own hardware and never shared with any third party.
- Metadata about our own uploads (video IDs, titles, schedules) and aggregate analytics about our own channel, stored locally for our own content planning.
We do not collect, access, store, or process the personal data of any other person. The tool never accesses other users' or channels' data, never scrapes YouTube, and never displays, resells, or transfers YouTube API data to anyone.
Google and YouTube policies
RialtaStudios' use of information received from YouTube API Services adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Interactions with YouTube itself are governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service. You can revoke the tool's access to the Google account at any time from your Google account permissions.
Data retention and deletion
Locally stored tokens and metadata are retained only while the tool is in active use and are deleted when no longer needed. To request information or deletion, contact us at alex@intrepide.ai.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date above.
